Your right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day you receive your order. If your order arrives in several parcels, they start on the day you receive the last one. You can also withdraw before your order arrives.

How to withdraw

Tell us clearly that you want to withdraw. You can use the Withdraw from your purchase here link in the footer of our website, send an email to info@mt-sportswear.dk, or use the model form below. You do not have to use the form.

Returning your items

Send the items back to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you told us you are withdrawing. Return address: MT FitClub, Richelieus Allé 5, 2900 Hellerup. You pay the direct cost of returning the items, unless the items are faulty or we sent you the wrong item. In those cases we cover the cost.

You may open and try the items the way you could in a shop. You are only responsible for a reduction in value if you handled them more than necessary to see what they are like and how they work.

Your refund

We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may wait with the refund until we have received the items, or until you have shown that you have sent them, whichever comes first. We refund to the payment method you used. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard delivery, we do not refund the extra cost.

Faulty items

If an item has a defect, you have a 24-month right to complain under Danish law. Contact us without undue delay after you find the defect. A complaint made within two months of finding it is always in time. We cover the cost of returning a faulty item or an item we sent by mistake.
